Completely new design.

The bottles (or other packaging materials) are handled slowly and are picked up in both directions in a variable number of  lanes.

They are then all brought together in the right direction for a high output and are then directed either along a single file or along a given number of lanes (in order to provide measured quantities to the magazines of a downstream multi lane filling machine etc.).

• The Bottle Descrambling Machine Type C4 is available in "Mono-Format-Design" as well as in "Multi-Format-Design". On a descrambler in Multi-Format-Design the changeover to another bottle format (to be done manually by a certain number of handwheels) takes only between 3 and max. 10 minutes. 

• On special request there is of course also the possibility for considering a fully automatic format changeover system (then all adjustments are done by means of a number of servo motors) - this system just need to be activated "at the touch of a button". 

• The special design of our descrambling system also allows, upon customers request, a specific distribution/supply of the packacking material ready for a subsequent bicoloured filling (an example is the possible filling schema of a downstream 8-lane filling machine: AAAABBBB).  

• Production Output: Depending on customers request and on the number of different bottle formats to be operated on the descrambling system: Possible from 3.000 up to more than  60.000 bottles per hour.
